Marilyn Green is the Chief Executive Officer and President of JFY Consulting, Inc. To the overall mission of the organization, she brings over 30 years of consummate skills in policy, project management, operations, strategic planning, non-profit management, public relations, staff development, organizational development, leadership development, labor-management relations, fiscal management, grant management, grassroots organizing, public speaking and capacity building.
Working as a contractor through Springfield Urban League for the Illinois Department of Human Services as a Community Support Service Consultant, she was responsible for monitoring the program delivery and fiscal soundness of 34 programs.
Since 2005, Ms. Green has had an ongoing relationship with the federal government as a grant reviewer and has a diverse portfolio of opportunities as she has worked with the following agencies: Department of Health and Human Services – Office of Family Assistance, Office of Community Services, Headstart and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration.
In 2016, under her guidance, JFY Consulting was awarded the National Association Self-Employed (NASE) Growth Grant.
Ms. Green educational portfolio includes a Masters in Public Administration and Public Policy, a Bachelors in Workforce Education and Development and an Associates in Science. She completed an intense one-year fellowship program offered by the MidAmerica Regional Public Health Leadership Institute (MARPHLI).
Matthew Alexander Williams was born and raised in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. He earned his bachelors in Sociology-Pre Law/Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, his master's in Business Administration (specializing in Strategic Management) from Lindenwood University, and earned an additional master's in Public Administration and Public Policy (specializing in Program Management) at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and holds the title of Project Management Professional (PMP).
Professionally, Matthew has lead project teams and delivered desirable results for both public and private organizations. He has worked for organizations in the City of St. Louis, the City of Chicago, and he currently manages projects for a Fortune 50,(this is not a typo, I really do mean fortune 50), company.
Matthew is best known for his systematic execution of all phases of the project from eliciting the clients' solution requirements and formally composing those requirements, to creating achievable and measurable deliverables and providing management strategies to produce quality deliverables.
Matthew is passionate about information technology, and organizational process and policy improvement through the implementation of information technology.Matthew has made a career of delivering system critical software implementations and targeted hardware deployments for clients both in the private and public sectors.

A long time resident of the St. Louis Region, and Champaign IL, John's primary focus is in youth programmatic development. John has been a program manager and strategic planner for number of private, and non-profit agencies. He has worked with the Urban League, Department of Education, Department of Labor, the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity as a consultant for numerous projects. Some of his projects have served to capture capital of over 3.3 million dollars in state and federal grant funding.
John received a B.A. in Sociology with a focus on social group dynamics, from the University of Illinois. He received his Masters in Business Administration and Public Administration focusing on Global Marketing Analytics, and Business Capital Development from University of Phoenix. He also holds a Masters in Education Policy Studies, with a focus on Diversity and Equity Issue from the University of Illinois. Currently John is pursuing his Doctoral degree in Urban Education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, focusing on the areas of teacher preparation programs in connection with discipline disparities in P-12 education institutions, the development of African American wealth through education, and the development of culturally immersed teacher preparation programs. His travels has allowed him to become a well-versed grant writer, researcher and author.
